Today I also started a new blog: Life is like a triple chocolate cookie. I will tell you about my snail mail buddies and other life adventures, I hope to see you there!

Cardbox

After almost I year I finally found time to be creative again. And I started with making a cardbox for our wedding next year in May.
My fiancee made the wooden box and painted it white. I painted the words: "Love is you" on it and attached the wooden hearts. On the inside of the lit I first placed a nice background paper with a butterfly that I really love.
On the right side I placed two large flowers, some birds, paperclips with our wedding date, 15-5, and other embellisments.

Merry Christmas

My first card for christmas challenges, The card must be made with two colors, white and bleu. And you must add snowflakes on your card. My snowflakes are already on the paper. For the rest you had to follow the sketch.
Because the paper that I used already got your attention, I didn't had to use much embellisments.

Mijn eerste kaart voor de christmas challenges. Een leuke site met alleen maar kerstkaarten.
Het was deze keer de bedoeling om alleen de kleuren blauw en wit te gebruiken en ook sneeuwvlokken.
Daarnaast moet de kaart voldoen aan de opgegeven schets.
Mijn sneeuwvlokken zitten verwerkt in het papier. Omdat het papier al veel aandacht opeist, vond ik het niet nodig om veel embellisments te gebruiken.

Freebie from Canary Blog

 I created this card with the free digi from the Canary blog. For the challenge you had use the digi and color it in Dutch costume.
I used the main colors: red, white and bleu, the colors of out flag.
On the left side three flowers and two beads that are typical dutch.

Deze kaart heb ik gemaakt met de gratis digi van het Canary blog. Voor de wedstrijd moet je de digi inkleuren en het meisje Nederlandse klederdracht geven.
De hoofdkleuren die ik heb gebruikt zijn rood wit en blauw.
Aan de linkerzijde heb ik drie bloemen geplaatst en een lintje met twee typisch Nederlandse kralen eraan.

First Christmas card

My first Christmas card for this year. I enter this card in the August Challenge from Scrap it Girl. The only rule is to use a number. My number is in the stamp that I used.
The golden embossing image is the centre of the card. I finished it of whit flowers, ribbon and some snowflakes.

Mijn eerste kerstkaartje voor dit jaar. Deze kaart doet mee in de August challenge van Scrap it Girl. De enige regel is dat je een nummer moet gebruiken, mijn nummer zit in de stempel die ik heb gebruikt.
Het gouden plaatje met embossing vormt het centrum van de kaart. Deze heb ik afgemaakt met bloemen, een plaatje, sneeuwvlokken en lint.
